Shippings & Returns

General orders ship within 7-10 business days from Singapore. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Made-to-order designs will ship within 14-20 business days.

If a parcel is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your family members, neighbors and local post office.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or other shipping-related issue, please contact us at awe@awe-ness.com with your order details to arrange a re-delivery. The customer is responsible for all re-delivery + handling costs + any added customs fees.

All sales are final. We do not offer any of these options at this time, so please contact awe@awe-ness.com if you need more details on an Aweness design before purchasing. Returns for items damaged during transit or upon the first few days of use will be made on a case by case basis.
